DMCA copyright requests
Version 2026-09-21 · Last updated: September 21, 2026
Use this form to report content on abm.to that infringes a copyright you own or control, or to file a counter-notice if your content was removed in error. Notices are handled under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). This DMCA Policy is part of our Terms of Service and the information you submit is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Repeat infringers are handled under the Terms' enforcement section.
How the process works
- You submit the notice below with all information the DMCA requires.
- We email a confirmation link to the address you provide. Review does not start until you confirm — this prevents notices being filed in someone else's name.
- Our copyright agent reviews confirmed notices, normally within two business days, and may temporarily disable access to the material while reviewing.
- If the material is removed, we notify the uploader and give them the notice so they can file a counter-notice.
- Valid counter-notices are forwarded to the original claimant. If they don't file a court action within 10–14 business days, the material may be restored.
- Accounts with repeat infringements are terminated under our repeat-infringer policy.
Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice can make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
