SMS Privacy Notice

1. What we collect

• Your mobile phone number.
• An optional display name you choose to give.
• The creator whose list you joined, the page you signed up from, and the exact consent wording shown to you.
• Consent records: the date and time you opted in and the date and time you confirmed with the six-digit code.
• Delivery metadata returned by our messaging provider, such as whether a message was delivered or failed, and any STOP or HELP replies.
• The messages you send us: replies you text back, and replies you write in the inbox on a creator's page after verifying your number. These are stored so the creator and our support team can read and answer them.

We do not access your contacts, location, photos, or device data through SMS, and we do not use the content of your messages to build advertising profiles or sell to anyone. Please do not send payment card numbers, government identifiers, or health information by text.

2. How we use it

• To send the alerts you asked for from the creators you follow.
• To send the one-time confirmation code that activates your subscription.
• To honor STOP requests and maintain an opt-out list.
• To keep proof of consent as required by carrier and legal rules.
• To detect abuse, fraud, and messaging-fraud attempts.

3. Who we share it with

We share your mobile number only with the messaging providers that transmit the texts on our behalf (our SMS delivery vendor and your mobile carrier), and only to the extent needed to deliver a message you asked for. These providers act as our processors and may not use your number for their own purposes.

Creators can see aggregate subscriber counts and, where you supplied one, your display name. Creators do not receive your raw phone number and cannot export it.

No mobile information is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party except the messaging providers described above.

4. Retention

We keep your number and consent record for as long as you are subscribed. After you reply STOP or unsubscribe, we retain a minimal record of your number and opt-out for up to four years so we can prove we honored your request and prevent accidental re-messaging. Unconfirmed signups are deleted automatically if the confirmation code is never entered.

5. Security

Numbers are stored in our access-controlled database, protected by row-level security so only you, the platform operator, and the automated sending process can reach them. Numbers are masked in our own interfaces, and all traffic is encrypted in transit.

6. Your choices and rights

• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately, or manage your subscriptions at abm.to/sms-preferences.
• Reply HELP, or email Management@e.abm.to, for assistance.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at abm.to/privacy-request. Residents of California, Colorado, Virginia, the EU/UK and other jurisdictions with privacy statutes have additional rights described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Message frequency, rates, and carriers

Message frequency varies by how many creators you follow and how often they post alerts. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.

8. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as our program or the law changes. The version and date at the top always reflect the current text, and material changes are announced on this page. Continuing to receive texts after an update means you accept the updated notice; if you do not, reply STOP at any time.

9. Children

The text-alert program is not offered to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect mobile numbers from minors, and we delete any we learn of.
