1. Program description

ABM sends recurring text messages on behalf of the artists, bloggers, interviewers, and other creators you choose to follow on abm.to. Messages may include new release announcements, show and event alerts, livestream notifications, interview and story publications, membership updates, and account or security notifications. Every message identifies ABM and the creator it relates to.

2. How you opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile number in a text-alert signup form on a creator's public page at abm.to and checking the consent box, which reads:

"I agree to receive recurring automated texts from [creator name]. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

We then text you a six-digit confirmation code. Your number is not added to any list until you enter that code, so every subscriber is confirmed double opt-in. We do not add numbers collected anywhere else, and we never buy, rent, or import phone lists.

Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing any membership, product, or service from ABM.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies by creator and by your activity. Most subscribers receive up to 4–8 messages per month per creator they follow. Account and security messages (such as sign-in confirmations) are sent as needed.

4. Cost

ABM does not charge you for text messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier, and your plan's standard rates for messages sent and received will be billed by your carrier.

5. Opting out — STOP

You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. We will send one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further marketing texts unless you sign up again. You can also manage or cancel your text subscriptions at abm.to/sms-preferences.

6. Help — HELP

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email us at Management@e.abm.to. We respond to support requests within two business days.

7. Supported carriers

The program is available on most major mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network and to effective transmission from our messaging provider.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or authorized user of, the mobile number you submit. Do not submit someone else's number. If you change or give up a mobile number, promptly update or cancel your subscription so the new holder does not receive our messages.

9. Privacy

We use your mobile number only to deliver the messages described above and to keep records of your consent. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Full detail is in our SMS Privacy Notice and Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new version date, and where required we will ask you to opt in again.
